With years of experience in hosting and cooking for a wide variety of celebrations both owners are hands on and will happily meet with you to discuss in length all the questions and ideas you may have.

Our delicious array of canapé options and thoughtfully developed set menus are flexible & can be easily customized to suit your requirements.

From birthday & engagement parties to product launches & corporate or Christmas dinners, Ginger Fox has the perfect space to accommodate your party. From private dining for up to 80, to cocktail parties for 100 Ginger Fox is your destination that will be truly memorable for you & your guests.

Drinks packages can be developed with your specific requirements in mind or we can just as simply run a bar tab.

The Train Yard Café offers up a modern breakfast & lunch menu 7 days a week, as well as house smoked BBQ meats from the Radar Hill smoker accompanied by live music on Friday nights.

With all your current Breakfast favourites from an Acai Bowl to your obligatory Avo Breakfast and serving up the highest quality coffee from Axil Coffee Roasters, The Train Yard is a buzzing breakfast/brunch spot amongst locals.

On the lunch menu, you will find all the smoked meats offered up from the in house smoker accompanied by a large selection of burgers which includes a 5 hour smoked pulled pork burger.

The Platform complete with it’s beer garden feel & festoon lighting is the ideal outdoor fully licensed bar, for those with a thirst. With communal seating The Platform is quickly becoming a favourite with Heidelberg locals for private parties for small and large groups celebrating into the evening. Tables can be booked daily for any size group.

With the addition of a large screen TV & Foxtel The Platform is now the ideal place to watch all of your favourite live sports.

Al fresco and traditional dining is also available and the venue is set up complete with wifi and is perfect for business lunches & corporate meetings for those situated in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs

With its elegant chapel and lakeside gazebo, Ballara offers the choice of two exquisite backdrops for exchanging your vows.

Each option has its unique charms: from the stunning high-beamed ceiling of the chapel, in keeping with the heritage of this Victorian estate, through to the timeless tranquility of lake, set amongst beautifully manicured English gardens. The ceremony marks the very moment when the first day of the rest of your lives together begins, and both backdrops provide truly memorable starting points for that journey.

Whichever option you choose, you can rest assured that our team will be on hand to provide help with every step of planning your ceremony. Your function manager will be there to assist with coordination of your celebrant, photographer and music. Ballara is exclusively yours on the day, for anything from 60 to 160 guests.

When the ceremony is over comes the opportunity to take full advantage of everything Ballara has to offer for your wedding photos. From magical shots in the fairy light garden, through to unforgettable images set against the waterfall or rose arbours to name just a few, we have everything you need on-site.

Grosvenor Hotel is the place for grass fed beef, cold beer and warm hospitality.

Our Bistro is the ideal location to enjoy delicious food created by Head Chef Paul Tyas. This open plan space is suitable when looking for an intimate environment which remains part of the action. Facing out to Brighton Road, the large windows allow natural light to flood the room.

We also feature a main bar perfect for catching up with friends and family or viewing the game and offers an extensive selection of craft beers and local wine. Grab a bite from our menu and enjoy the live entertainment performing five nights a week.

Our Private Dining Space is a stylish and sophisticated area to suit any occasion; a stylish and sophisticated space suitable for all styles of events. Floor to ceiling windows, retro light fixtures, exposed brick walls and an open fireplace make this room a stunning background. Enjoy the privacy of your own setting with the option of moving to the main bar later in the day or evening.

For a semi-private area surrounded by floor to ceiling wine displays, the Cocktail Bar is perfect. It is appropriate for casual gatherings, afternoon and evening drinks and after work networking or casual dining.

Number 10 on the first floor is our premium private event space catering up to 150 guests. With a modern décor, two separate lounges and your own private bar, all you need to do is select your catering and we’ll take care of the rest.

With the convenience of a drive through space, Grosvenor Grocery & Bottle Shop offers more than 150 hand selected products, from essentials to ready-to-heat meals, along with Grosvenor Hotel's very own aged grass fed beef. Both wet and dry aged on-site in our temperature controlled meat facility. Grosvenor Grocery & Bottleshop also provides an exceptional range of Australian and international beer, wine and spirits. To meet your needs, we offer a Private Dining Room with it's own balcony & sound system, the Courtyard + the affectionately named "Shed," and when the rest is not enough, the entire venue is available.

Republica St Kilda Beach serves up laid back dining and drinks beachside 'for the people'. Experience uninterrupted views whilst you dine, or simply lounge beachside and sip on a cocktail. This unique setting of beach culture invites you to soak up the vibe in the grassy courtyard, enjoy live tunes on the weekends, in St Kilda's Backyard.

Bistro Guillaume has been inspired by France’s most popular neighbourhood bistros.

The natural light-filled bistro’s design pays homage to the traditional bistros of France by featuring timber panelling and mouldings with the richness and warmth of French oak timber, and incorporates Bistro Guillaume’s whimsical grass green colour in both the bar area and entrance. Featuring an extensive outdoor terrace (a hallmark of the world’s best bistros), a zinc-topped bar, and a dramatic private room, the spacious, welcoming dining area is complete with Bistro Guillaume’s signature chefs’ hats pendant lights – its ‘French petticoats’. As well as the terrace, indoor dining and private room, guests may also meet at the zinc-topped bar and enjoy a glass of Champagne, a classic cocktail or try one of the bistro’s specially created cocktails.

Not only can guests select from a daily ‘plat du jour’, the menu also features French bistro classics such as duck confit, expertly prepared simple steak dishes, and a range of main course size salads, making Bistro Guillaume a must-try venue for any health conscious diner. With its relaxed service style, guests are encouraged to pour their own wine from the unadorned tables. The bistro’s wine list is a tightly edited selection, with half of the selection sourced from France; the other half is sourced locally from boutique Victorian wineries, with all wines available by the glass or bottle.

Cafe Terroni is an authentic Southern Italian style cafe/restaurant in the heart of Yarraville Village, just four doors from the iconic Sun theatre offering rustic food, great coffee and unique local and Italian wines at affordable prices.

Cafe Terroni's upstairs function room seats 35 people and is available for groups of 25 or more from Mon to Thurs and Sun for lunch or dinner by arrangement (not available Friday or Saturday nights). The entire restaurant is also available to be booked out but a minimum spend is applicable.

Montsalvat, founded by Justus Jörgensen, is Australia’s oldest artists’ colony and home to practising artists. It remains to this day a working not-for-profit arts centre administered by a board. Set in 12 acres of established gardens, the historic buildings include charming mud brick cottages and the impressive Great Hall.
